我收到以下错误：

nginx：[emerg]在 /usr/local/openresty/nginx/conf/nginx.conf:118 中不允许“server”指令。

我需要将我的应用程序重定向到 index.html，但目前尚未发生。只有在我加载页面时才正常工作，但当我刷新应用程序中的页面时，它会给出 500 错误。
